Reading Results

Use MAREMARK_JSONL as the versioned raw artifact, MAREMARK_HOTSPOT for paired layer overhead, and MAREMARK_TUNE / MAREMARK_CROSSOVER for confirmed tuning decisions. Normal tests compile plans but skip timing.
